You agree that GuideToOC may establish limits concerning use of any service offered on its website, the maximum number of days that the ads or free classifieds, or any message will be retained by the service in a given period of time.
You agree that GuideToOC has no responsibility or liability for the deletion any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by the service. You acknowledge that GuideToOC reserves the right to delete accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time.

GuideToOC provides the merchants' links and various links throughout to its website. Each individual merchant is responsible for their own policies applicable to shopping in their stores and purchasing their products. GuideToOC does not have any liability or responsibility for any product or service sold by a merchant and you. You are responsible for your purchasing at the merchants' stores.

GuideToOC reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as other transaction fees, special offers, or discount. GuideToOC further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services.
Your payment must be received by the due date; otherwise your account will be deleted from the service without notice to you.
